Kerala Governor appointed Dr V Anil Kumar (Anil Vallathol) as Vice-Chancellor of the Thunchathezhuthachan Malayalam University, Tirur.
The post of Vice Chancellor fell vacant after the K Jayakumar completed his five-year term in last September.
Anil Vallathol is a former lecturer of Malayalam, Sir Syed College, Taliparamba and lecturer of the Sree Shankaracharya University of Sanskrit.
