Usha Ananthasubramanian has been appointed as the MD & CEO of Allahabad Bank.


 She took charge from May 6.

Ananthasubramanian had joined the industry in 1982 as a specialist officer with Bank of Baroda.

Allahabad Bank is a nationalised bank with its headquarters in Kolkata, India. It is the oldest joint stock bank in India.It was founded in Allahabad in 1865
