Teeka Ram Meena becomes new Chief Electoral Officer of Kerala. Teekaram Meena is an IAS officer Kerala 1988 batch.
He earlier was the Principal Secretary (Agriculture) with additional charge of Agriculture Production Commissioner; earlier he also served in Kerala government's planning and economic affairs department.
